Attending our rooms

Our reception staff will contact you to confirm your appointment.
Please ensure that you use the hand sanitiser provided upon arrival and departure from our rooms and ensure that you maintain social distancing when talking with our receptionists and other patients.
To assist with social distancing, please ensure that you arrive on time for your appointment and minimise the number of people attending with you.

Do not attend our rooms if you

  • Are unwell with COVID-19 symptoms
  • Are awaiting COVID-19 test results
  • Have arrived from overseas or interstate in the last 14 days
  • Have been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19
  • Have visited the contact tracing locations listed by ACT Health

If you meet any of these criteria, please contact our reception staff to re-schedule your appointment.

Thank you.
